I can't do February 28th, 2017's 10 x 10 hard daily puzzle.

The "23" clue on the left where you have the "8", you know the rest of the numbers must be 1-5. To the right of the 8, it can't be 1 or 2 because of the 20 clue. It can't be 3 or 4 because that would force a "9" into the "11" clue at the top, thus it must be a 5.

 

From there, you should be able to deduce the rest of the numbers to fill out the "20" clue. *Hint*: Look at your two "3"s in the "31" and "21" clue.

 

This should give a boost in the right direction.

Clue 34 across: There has to be a 2 in the answer. You have enough info to place it.

Clue 38 across: There has to be a 7-9 in the answer. You can isolate which squares contain them.
